Upcoming: At the Club September 2010  

 

Parent Orientations - Parents who have not yet attended a parent orientation should join us at the Club to discuss Club basics including rules, procedures, programming and expectations. Parents of new members must attend an orientation before their child may attend the afterschool or summer programs. Parent orientations will be held at 6:00 pm on September 7th, 15th and 30th

 
Spark - A new sports and fitness program designed to get kids active, teach kids about healthy lifestyles and develop good sportsmanship in members.
 
Del Alma - Middle School Members have an opportunity to participate in Del Alma. Del Alma is a local organization that strives to increase cultural competence.
 
Keystone Club - Our future leaders in training, this group of 14 - 16 year olds performs community service and fundraises for the Club.
From career exploration to mock job interviews, keystoners learn a lot during the year.  See Laura with questions about membership.
 
Kids the Kitchen - The Club will once again be hosting our healthy foods program Kids in the Kitchen. This program teaches members how to make healthy after school snacks.

Fall Programs
 
Torch Club - Torch Club is a national Boys and Girls Club program for 10 - 13 year old Club members. The program emphasizes leadership development. Members take part in community service projects as well as help make decisions around the club.

 

Wise Guys - A program designed to for male members in middle school 

SMART Girls - A girls only program emphasizing self-esteem and healthy choices.

Net SMARTZ- Learn how to navigate the internet safely in this fun technology program.
